What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you submit a support question we collect your first name, last name and your email address so that we can correspond with you.
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name (only when provided) and your email address so that we can correspond with you.

Paramount FX does not store payment information locally. That data is securely passed and processed/stored by Stripe.com, or Paypal.com.
Paramount FX add-ons & integrations
Paramount FX provides and maintains add-ons and integrations. The personal data transmitted to the 3rd part service for each are detailed upon request. If the 3rd party service or provider stores and/or processes personal information you may need to get a DPA from them to be fully GDPR compliant.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set up several cookies to make it easier for you to log in again. These cookies can be removed by your browser.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
